We are thrilled for Nicholas to represent Singapore at the upcoming World AeroPress Championship in Lisbon, Portugal. Curious about the champion's coffee? The Winner’s Recipe
Brew your AeroPress Coffee with SGAC 2024 Winner's Recipe.

Grind 18g of coffee using 18 clicks with the Commandante grinder (medium fine grind size).

Prepare two pieces of filter paper - 1 standard AeroPress micro-filter and 1 Aesir filter, with the rough side of Aesir filter facing the coffee.

Using the inverted method, pour 145ml of 89°C water and give it 12 stirs to ensure all grounds are wet.

Flip the AeroPress over at 40s and press it at 50s.

The output will approximately be 115g - 120g, bypass 45g of water and stir.

The World AeroPress Championship is a global coffee-making competition, designed to find the world’s best cup of AeroPress coffee.
Since its inception in 2008, the championship has become a global community and phenomenon. Each season comprises a series of regional and national competitions, run by independent hosts across 60 countries, which culminate with the World AeroPress Championship final.
This year's World AeroPress Championships will be held in Lisbon, Portugal.
The WAC Rules
We're not particularly fond of lengthy rules and regulations — This championship is simply where brewers go head to head in an elimination style tournament in 3s with their trusty AeroPressie to make the best of a mystery coffee!
