This class contains the following content:
- Milk Focused – apply proper milk frothing techniques and understand free-pouring mechanics
- Pour Analysis – step-by-step guide to achieve respective latte art design subjected for review after each pour to identify areas of improvement
- Design Presentation – well-textured, centred and symmetrical
Objective |
Attendees will be able to prepare espresso and good standard frothed milk, before being able to pour latte into a basic round shape, followed by a heart, tulip and rosettas.
